Promoting Laboratory Safety in Developing CountriesThe US National Academies' Committee on Promoting Safe and Secure Chemical Management in Developing Countries has just published a report,  'Promoting Chemical Laboratory Safety and Security in Developing Countries'. which is available for purchase or free download here.

In addition, NAS has produced a set of educational materials for chemists in developing countries, including a toolkit with a guide for instructors.
