Biodata
Dr. Mubasher Jamil completed PhD in 2010 and joined National University of Sciences and Technology, Pakistan as an Assistant Professor. He spent an year at the Eurasian National University, Kazakhstan as a Visiting Professor in 2012-13. In 2016, he was promoted to tenured Associate Professor and later joined Zhejiang University of Technology, China in 2019 as a Research Professor. He has research interests in the area of black hole physics and teaching courses in applied mathematics and mathematical physics. Among his awards are TWAS Prize for basic sciences (2016); IOP Award for Outstanding Reviewer (2019); Alumni of 66th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting. He has supervised several MS/PhD students and has published over 150 peer reviewed articles, with h-index 48.
